Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do Carisma RC cars come with a warranty?
Yes, all our RC vehicles include a limited 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unopened packaging. Please note that used vehicles or those with broken seals cannot be returned for a refund.
Are batteries and chargers included with every model?
It varies by model. 'Ready-to-Run' (RTR) kits usually include the vehicle and radio, but may require separate battery packs and chargers. Please check the 'In the Box' section on each product page.
How can I track my package after it ships?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
