At Carisma RC Cars Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
